TEMPLE SECTION. P.A.S. by Capelle, secretary-clerk of the Section, 16 Pluviôse II (February 4, 1794); 6 pages, in-4. Certified copy of the minutes drawn up against two gunners from the Bondy barracks for having “disturbed the public order in a café,” the Café Butay, known as d’Apollon, notably by smoking a pipe there, “insulted several members of the Revolutionary Committee” of the Section, and “defied the commissioners who were speaking to them in the name of the law,” etc. Attached is the cover letter signed by Dusser, police commissioner of the Section.
