DUMAS Alexandre Memories of Antony. Bruxelles, Méline, 1835. In-12 contemporary long-grained ivy morocco, richly decorated four-ribbed spine, title in full, boards decorated with a quintuple gilt fillet framing the corners with floral decoration, gilt roulette on the edges and inside, gilt edges. 305 pp. of which faux-titre and title, [1] p. table. Handwritten in pencil Bibliothèque du Comte de Broqua. Beginning of a 2 cm split at one joint, slight wear to boards, joints and head. Some slight foxing to paper. Belgian counterfeit published the same year as the Original Edition. Attractive romantic binding. NB: Only books with pagination or plates have been collated.
