Tiffany & Co, 925-thousandth silver tea service, 19th century, baluster form on pedestal, applied with a frieze of interlaces and fleurons, the ivory isolators (Elephantidae spp*), comprising: a teapot, a creamer and a sugar bowl (model circa 1865-1869, lid missing). A small creamer in silver 835 thousandths is included, goldsmith: Gebruder Kuhn, German work. (knocks, scratches). Total gross weight: 1.400 kg. *Ivory specimen of Elephantidae spp (I/A) pre-Convention, prior to July 1, 1947 and therefore compliant with EC Regulation 338/97 of 09/12/1996 art.2-W SCE and SPMC, and prior to July 1, 1975 and therefore compliant with the French decrees of May 4, 2017 and January 2022. A CITES re-export permit is required for export from the European Union. This lot is accompanied by a CIC issued on 20/10/2025.
