Lot of two miniatures on ivory (Elephantidae spp*), 19th century, comprising : - one depicting a bust of a man, set in an 800 thousandths silver pendant (gross weight: 17 g, height: 5.3 cm). - the other depicting a busty woman set in 750 thousandths yellow gold with small pearls (Pinctada maxima) forming a brooch (gross weight: 22 g, height: 50.0 cm). *Ivory specimen of Elephantidae spp (I/A) pre-Convention, prior to July 1, 1947 and therefore compliant with EC regulation 338/97 of 09/12/1996 art.2-Wmc, and prior to July 1, 1975 and therefore compliant with the French decrees of May 4, 2017 and January 2022. A CITES re-export permit is required for export from the European Union. This lot is accompanied by a CIC issued on 03/10/2025.
