Silver tripod coffee pot with hollow ribbed decoration, the body engraved with "S. P. Q. AUDOM D.DD, XIV Kal Dec MDCCLVII" and a cross of Lorraine in a cartouche, the scrolled feet and attachments highlighted with palmettes and foliage, the fretel in the shape of a fruit. The bottom is inscribed "P.J Gaillon JUL". Turned wood side handle. SAINT-OMER, mid 18th century (letter E). Master goldsmith : Louis-Henry LE GAIGNEUR (1707-1776), received in 1728. Height : 26.5 cm. Gross weight: 1.325 kg.
