L.A.S., Calais November 10, 1792, to Forth; half page in-4. About his wife Mme de Genlis ... "I have arrived in Calais in front of citizen Sillery who is dying of fear of our good men who only want good things for her. I hope that I will soon have the pleasure to see her". Then he gives orders concerning 34 cases and 2000 bottles of wine. He signs: "The citizen Sillery".
