Provenance: - Given by Foujita to Helena Pereira da Silva Ohashi, wife of the artist Riokai Ohashi. - Sale New York, May 10, 1989, N°224 of the catalog. Bibliography: - Léonard Tsuguharu Foujita by Sylvie Buisson, ACR Édition, 2001, Volume II, described and reproduced on page 298 under N°30.81 with the indication that these drawings are made on two sheets of cardboard paper forming the cover of a sketchbook 23,8 x 35,6 cm. A photocopy of a certificate from Gilbert Pétridès dated 20 September 1989 will be given to the buyer.
