Pair of flat-back beechwood armchairs carved with asymmetrical cartouches, flowers and leafy clasps. Cambered legs. One is stamped on the back of the belt: "I.GOURDIN". Louis XV period. Formerly painted, good general state of conservation except for some accidents and small missing parts. Jean Baptiste Gourdin (1723-1781), received Master carpenter in Paris in 1748.
