Remake of two identical compositions by Adriaen van der Werff, painted on panel, commissioned by the Elector of the Palatinate Johann Wilhem von der Pfalz, the first dated 1705, the second 1711, and now in the Pinakothek in Munich (inv./cat. nr 227 & 235).
